To qualify for this amazing giveaway, please fill out this simple online form. The prize can be used towards the cost of the wedding cake only, and excludes delivery, dessert tables, rentals, and any other service charges. Weddings must take place in the South Florida area. Other restrictions and regulations may apply. All entries must be received by July 27, 2019, and a winner will be selected on July 31, 2019.  Winners must claim their prize no later than September 30, 2019. Prize cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers, and is not transferable. No cash value.
